We deliver three days a week within a 15 km radius of our store — with plans to expand our delivery days.

Please note: Deliveries are not available on public holidays.

We understand that everyone’s needs are different, so we offer flexible delivery options for our regular customers, including:

✅ Direct phone line with your personal packer — for consistent quality and personalised service
✅ Same-day delivery available for eligible orders
💰 Delivery Fees
All deliveries include a flat rate of $8.95, which covers:

⏰ Order Cut-Off Times

Same-day delivery (Mixed Boxes): Order by 10:00 AM

All other orders require 48 hours notice (next day orders will become available for regular customers)
📅 Delivery Slots & Scheduling
You can choose your delivery day and time during checkout from the shopping cart page.
The earlier you order, the more time slots you’ll have to pick from.
💡 Regular weekly customers have their time slots reserved — giving you priority for same-day or next-day delivery.
📦 Tracking Your Order
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order number, which also acts as your tracking number.
Track your delivery anytime using our “Track My Order” link in the menu — from when we begin packing right through to delivery.
Orders are left safely at your door, and you’ll receive a delivery notification once it arrives.
